The Naracoorte Public Library usually issues a quarterly newsletter in Autumn, Winter, Spring and Summer.
The newsletters are distributed to library members via email. Copies are available in the library.

From time to time Council releases media releases.
Generally a media release is issued immediately following a Council meeting, when Council is inviting public comment or consultation on a topic and when there are other items of interest.

Council usually has a weekly advertisement in the local newspaper focusing on activities being undertaken by Council or inviting the community to comment on a range of topics.
Council usually advertises when there is an employment position vacant and calls for tenders.
